Cara Alessandra, da quando mi hai inserito nel tuo servizio di rentalholiday.com, le vendite del nostro albergo hanno preso una nuova piega: innumerevoli turisti internazionali, provenienti da ogni dove. Dal Canada, dall'Argentina, dagli Stati Uniti, da Israele, dalla Cecoslovacchia, dall'Inghilterra. Il mercato inglese infatti è quello che ha subito dopo internet il più forte cambiamento. Abbiamo quadriplicato le presenze, perchè oltre ad un Tour Operator che già avevamo in precedenza, le richieste via internet degli individuali sono centuplicate. Inoltre, è migliorato moltissimo il prestigio dell'Azienda , alle richieste telefoniche basta dare l'indirizzo web e non esiste più l'esigenza di inviare il depliant ecc. ecc. ed altri vantaggi tipo la corrispondenza che tramite il sito nasce, viene tranquillamente evasa dal computer dell'hotel senza bisogno di lettere, francobolli, fax ecc ecc. e di conseguenza l'archivio clienti.
