Policies The agreed price includes utilities (electricity, water, gas) and the linen from bath,beds and kitchen. Final cleaning to week: � 60 Animals done not admit. On High Season the rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.(July and August). Others months minimum stay two nights. Arrival time: from 5 to 7pm ; Departure times: within 10am; Payment Conditions At the moment of the reservation, you should pay the 30% of the total amount. The balance is paid at your arrival. A guarantee sum of 200,00 Euro, is requested at your arrival. We will give this sum back at your departure, after a check about the internal and external conditions of the apartment. The check will be run together with the Client. It also concerns the relative equipping. In case of cancellation until 20 days before the arrive, there is the loss of the advance sum paid as deposit; less than 20 days from the arrival, it will be apply a penalty clause of a 30% on the total amount of the stay.
