Spend your holidays in a beautiful country farm in Umbria,near Tuscany, a few kilometres far from Perugia, Italy. You can stay in one of our typical apartments and enjoy a relaxing farm holiday while being close enough to visit the city of Perugia, Assisi and its surroundings. The farmhouse is in the beautiful heart of the Umbria valley, sourronded by 10 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees. Six independent apartments have been restored around the ancient stone house, which go back to 17th century. It is only 4km far from the historic centre of Perugia and offers a suggestive view of the Umbrian hills The proximity to Perugia, makes the holidays farm's position ideal for visiting other artistic towns in Umbria, such as Assisi , Gubbio , Todi, Orvieto and the Trasimeno lake. The farm produces and sells wine, olive oil, jams, fruit syrups and dried fruit. On request we offer cooking lessons and wine tours.

| he country farm"la volpe e l'uva" is an agricultural farm in the heart of the Umbria region. On 2000, the farm became property of our family and we started a process of restoration of the building and agrarian patrimony with particular care to the wine and olive oil area. The farmhouse is composed by five independent apartments recently restored: Paulownia, Rocco, Oca, Fico, Riding (bilo-apartments) and Chiocciola (mono-apartment). The apartments have gardens, swimming pool, play area for children, open barbecue. The apartments are simply furnished, offering a comfortable stay in the countryside at a working farm. The farm is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and which house the production center of the farm's products. The farmhouse apartments are all perfectly restored, each one with private entrance and common garden. Inside they are tastefully furnished with TV and their single unit heating system. The historic center of Perugia is only 4 km away from the farm. Here, you'll find good restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets. Assisi is just 15, Gubbio 28km; Assisi and Spello 15km; Trasimeno Lake 20km; Todi and Orvieto, 45km. | |||||||||

Policies The prices include water, electricity, final cleaning service, linens (bedrooms, bathrooms and table). Extra: Heating (on consuption 0,80 euro /h). Baby bed €8 per day. Extra change of linen and towels € 10 per person. Extra cleaning of the apartment € 30. During Summer - (1/06-30/09) - rental is on weekly basis, from Saturdayto Saturday; check in after three o’clock p.m. and check out before ten o’clock a.m. During other times of the year minimum stay is two nights. To confirm your booking we will let you know the details to send us the 30% of total rate.
