Because of it`s low prices the apartment is one of the most attractive in Rome. Using the advantage-price of 35 Euro a day/ person all-year, respectively 50 Euro during the holiday time. The apartment is located in the central district "Appio - S.John". You will stay in a quiet and trimly house with 4 floors. You will live in the 3rd floor, an elevator doesn`t exist. You will find the roman subway - called “Metropolitana” - 350 meters away. The station is called “Colli Albani”, there you can get in and get off. You can take the bus at the bus stop, which is only 50 meters away from the door of your house. 800 meters far you can take a train which arrive and depart at the railway station FF.SS “Tuscolana”; 300 meters away you can catch a cab at the cabstand. The house is located in a very important commercial zone which includes the Via Appia going to S.John (with Basilic) and a shopping street about 3 kilometers, directly behind the house! The apartment is a renovated one room flat about 36 m˛, supplied with furniture and appliances including a king-size bed and a double sofa bed, also comfortable. The sleeping area is furnished by a breakfront, the day area by a couch, a table including 4 chairs and a TV. In the kitchen exists a oven, a fridge and a freezer. A shower, a toilet and bidet and a washing machine will be yours in the bathroom. At the balcony you have a view over the basilica. The door is closed by key security. The price includes the utilization of sheets, bath towels, towels for bath and kitchen, pots and pans, TV and a hair dryer. The house invites you to make known the really roman life because of it`s beautiful location. As already written there are a lot of shops next to you. There are 3 supermarkets, a pharmacy, some banks, cinema, pubs, bars, internetpoint, italian coffee bar, a lot of pizzeria, restaurants, fitness center, old parks and public gardens. Please note, it is forbidden to bring animals with you. It is also forbidden to smoke into house. PRICE 35 Euro per day/ person, (min. 2 pax). Cleaning of the apartment at the departure is 35 Euro. The spending time have to be 2 days at least. During holiday time the price grows up to 50 Euro per day/person. Holiday time: - 7 days before and after Easter; - 3 days before and after may 1st ; - 6th December till 10th January; Check-in: You can check into the apartment between 3:00 and 7:00 pm. Please inform the management by telephone if you are going to arrive outside these times. Check-out: not later than 10 o'clock a.m. Booking: We reserve the house for you, if you pay 30% deposit of the complete price.
