Torre del Guado Country House is an impressive stone manor house, in Tuscany, placed at the same distance (3 kms) from the medieval towns of Anghiari and Sansepolcro, birthplace of the great painter Piero della Francesca. It is located amidst the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside, but, at the same time, close to cities of Arezzo - Cortona - Perugia and within easy driving distance from the main art cities of Umbria, Tuscany and central Italy: like: Florence, Siena, Rome… The villa’s accommodation consists of 2 suggestive reception rooms and 5 refined self-catering vacation-accommodations, of different sizes and typology, with excellent facilities. The whole holiday house inside very large secure beautifully maintained equipped gardens (20.000 mq) with the panoramic 15X7 swimming pool (open from 15/05/2010 to 25/09/2010). The farmhouse Torre del Guado, with its spacious apartments, with private kitchen, washing machine, and living room with sofa beds, is ideal for families ( if many familiar groups, the whole property can be rented), as well as for couples ( like honeymoon) or business traveller looking for one double bed apartment. As well as relaxing and a base for touring, our holiday farmhouse gives you the possibility to experience unforgettable moments as only a place in Tuscany can and, with its reception rooms plus the park inside the spectacular tuscan landscape, is a superb birthdays, cerimonies and weddings location in tuscany (with optional catering service on request) Museums, cultural sites, thermal baths, golf, tennis courts, horse-riding, shops, typical tuscan restaurants available at short driving distance. The Torre del Guado villa can be rented as a whole or as 5 separate apartments. How to reach us: Airports: Torre del Guado can be reached by airplane, by train, by car. The airports in Rome, Florence, Perugia, Bologna, Arezzo, Forlì are easy driving distance . Fly direct to Perugia (our nearest airport : 45 minutes drive) via Ryanair, or to Bologna-Forli ( about 100 kms), or to Florence Peretola ( 85 kms) , or to Ancona (2 hours' drive), or to Bologna, Pisa or Rome, Pisa Galileo Galilei 80 km. By Car: from Milan-Bologna: A14 Highway to Cesena: exit Cesena nord, Follow E45 Superhighway to Rome-Perugia- exit Sansepolcro sud. from Rome-Orte: E45 Superhighway Perugia-Cesena: exit Sansepolcro sud. from Florence: A1 Highway - exit Arezzo with direction SANSEPOLCRO. From the exit at Sansepolcro sud, follow the road to AREZZO; after approx. 2kms turn left, signposted GRICIGNANO.

| Location: Torre del Guado is 3 kms from Sansepolcro, a medieval town situated in Upper Tiber Valley, and 30 kms from Arezzo, not far from Cortona and Siena, on the edge of the Chianti wine region and of Umbria. The villa’s convenient location will allow you to easily reach the main art cities including Assisi and Urbino, Perugia and Pisa, Trasimeno Lake, Florence, Rome, ..). They are all a day-trip away and easily accessible through the near E45 speedway, at only 4 kms from the villa, and A1 highway 32 kms far. The area: This corner of Tuscany, on the Eastern border with Umbrian, is perfect for those seeking to enjoy stunning views, warm and welcoming people, and fantastic food. History awaits everywhere. Remote monasteries and quiet hilltop villages and towns, museums and churches almost alone. This area is a perfect getaway for anyone wants to just relax and enjoy the real Italy. Policies Prices vary according to size of apartments, amenities and season. The daily rates go from Euro 90 to Euro 190. Weekly rates go from 480 Euros to 1190 Euros. -Rates quoted are for the number of guests accommodated in the beds. Daily surcharge due to over-occupancy accommodated on a sofa/divan is euro 10 per/day. - PRICES INCLUDE: Use of pool ( open from 15/05/2010 to 25/09/2010), Linens including pool towels, Water, Electricity, Gas, Private covered parking, Private Washing-machine, Weekly laundry change, Final cleaning, Highchairs and Use of the mountain bikes, All Taxes (IVA 10%). -In the price not included: Wireless service ( Euro 4 a day), the individual heating (by consumption: each apartment has its counter), Baby bed (until 3 years: € 5 per/day), Pets extra cleaning ( Euro 20).
